Running Accomplishments:

42:06 10K at age 9--still my PR.  Haven't run a competitive 10 K since.

CC runner in high school (5K--17:50 PR), varsity soph and junior years.  Didn't run senior year.

400 (52.1), 800 (159.7), 1600 (4:43) as sophmore on the track.  Didn't run junior or senior year. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I miss running--I haven't run year round since I was 17, which was 20 years ago.  I want to get back into running shape after weight lifting for many years.  I weighed 145 when I ran competitvely; I now weigh 208 lbs, primarily due to weight lifting and a few too many donuts.

Begin racing 10 K's; begin racing marathon's; qualify for Boston.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Break 36 minutes for 10K before I'm 40; Break 3 hours for marathon before I'm 40; break 17:00 for 5K before I'm 40.
